Program Requirements
Accepted students are expected to have had college-level chemistry and calculus or their equivalents. If potential students are deficient in either discipline, they will be allowed to take the course simultaneously at another institution. Students who already hold either an MBA or an undergraduate business degree may substitute other recommended graduate management courses for all or some of the program’s management courses.
In order to earn an MS in Environmental Management and Sustainability, students must successfully complete 11 courses or 33 credit hours in order to graduate.

You may take any courses from the MBA or MS Marketing Communication programs that best meet your career needs. You may also take courses from the MPA program, but with special arrangement through the Program Director. In addition, you may choose to do an independent study (EM597 Independent Study) if a fulltime faculty member is willing to supervise it.
