Joel Goldhar

  • Professor of Operations and Technology Management

Joel Goldhar is Professor at the Stuart School of Business. He teaches business policy, operations and technology management, strategy, and competitive analysis.

He served as the director of the Manufacturing Studies Board at the National Research Council in Washington, D.C., and with the National Science Foundation. He has published research in computer-integrated manufacturing and the impacts of technology on business strategy. He currently is a member of the R&D Council of the American Management Association and serves on the editorial boards of several research publications. Dr. Goldhar served as Dean of IIT Stuart from 1983 to 1988.
