Biography: 

Curt Allee is Adjunct Instructor at the Stuart School of Business, where he also serves as the Director, Educational and Professional Development and the Director, Advancing Career and Education Program  (ACE) program. At Stuart, he teaches courses in the ACE Program, an innovative workplace readiness and immersion program designed to assist students with limited U.S.-based work experience  to become more competitive for internships and jobs in the United States.

As the ACE Program Manager, Dr. Allee oversees all aspects of the co-curricular program including curriculum development, student assessment, program instructors, and partner organizations. He also consults with the Leader Education and Assessment Program (LEAP) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, working with non-profit executives to identify their leadership strengths and to help maximize their potential for advancement.
